You can return your product for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have gone by since the package is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


We offer a free warranty for transceiver modules, DACs, and ACOs within 3 years of delivery.
We offer a free warranty for fiber optic cables within 90 days of delivery.

Policy Ineligible Items:

* Customized fiber optical cables.
* Manually damaged products.

Shipping Fees

For orders delivered to you with wrong items or damaged conditions, QSFPTEK will cover all the return shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items that are not due to our error.

How to Initiate a Refund/Repair?

2. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
3. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

1. How long to receive my refund?

In most cases, it takes us 1 to 5 business days to process a refund after we receive your returned items. The exact time you receive your refund depends on your bank.

If the return is due to our error, you will get full refund.
If you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
