The 10GBASE-T transceiver is an Ethernet specification, which is designed to provide a 10 Gbit/s connection over a twisted-pair cable (Cat6/Cat6a) with a distance of up to 30 meters. 10GBASE-T SFP+ transceiver allows the data center and network managers the ability to extend the life of their cabling infrastructure with a simple cost-effective upgrade.
